1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, artwork, text, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Sunday Morning and its contributing artist partners.

  • Artist Rights: Each piece of art is protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a physical print does not grant the buyer any right to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the artwork.

  • Trademarks: "Sunday Morning," "The Infinite Grid," and our logo are trademarks of Sunday Morning. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Representation & Accuracy

We strive to display the colors and textures of our prints as accurately as possible. However, because the color you see depends on your monitor settings and digital rendering, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical Giclée print. All art is sold "as is" regarding the visual style and artistic intent of the creator.

3. Third-Party Fulfillment Disclaimer

Sunday Morning products are fulfilled by third-party fine art printing partners. While we only partner with labs that meet our museum-quality standards, Sunday Morning is not liable for delays, damages, or logistics errors caused by third-party couriers or fulfillment facilities beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the purchased product as outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sunday Morning and its officers, directors, and artists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any products. Use of the site is at your own risk.

5. Pricing & Tax

Prices are displayed in the currency of the market you are shopping from, and any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. For orders shipped within the United States, we collect and remit sales tax as required by state and federal law based on the shipping destination. For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with EU rules and any amount due is shown at checkout.

Production and fulfilment for EU orders are designed to take place within the European Union, and in the normal course these orders are not subject to import duties or customs charges. However, fulfilment is carried out by third-party printing partners, and there may be instances where an EU order is produced, routed, or dispatched from outside the European Union. In those instances the order may become subject to import VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling fees on delivery. Any such charges are determined by the destination country and its customs authority, are outside our control, and are not included in the price paid at checkout. Sunday Morning cannot accept liability for them. If this happens to your order, please contact us at hello@sndymrng.com and we will do what we can to put it right.

6. Governing Law

This website and these legal terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan, and any disputes shall be settled in the courts of that State. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from under the law of your country of residence, and you retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

We reserve the right to update this Legal Notice at any time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
