All content on this website, including but not limited to images, artwork, text, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Sunday Morning and its contributing artist partners.

  • Artist Rights: Each piece of art is protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a physical print does not grant the buyer any right to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the artwork.

  • Trademarks: "Sunday Morning," "The Infinite Grid," and our logo are trademarks of Sunday Morning. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Representation & Accuracy

We strive to display the colors and textures of our prints as accurately as possible. However, because the color you see depends on your monitor settings and digital rendering, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical Giclée print. All art is sold "as is" regarding the visual style and artistic intent of the creator.

3. Third-Party Fulfillment Disclaimer

Sunday Morning products are fulfilled by third-party printing partners (Prodigi). While we only partner with labs that meet our museum-quality standards, Sunday Morning is not liable for delays, damages, or logistics errors caused by third-party couriers or fulfillment facilities beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the purchased product as outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sunday Morning and its officers, directors, and artists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any products. Use of the site is at your own risk.

5. Sales & Tax

All prices are listed in USD. As a US-based company, we collect and remit sales tax as required by state and federal law based on the shipping destination.

6. Governing Law

This website and these legal terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or the purchase of goods shall be settled in the courts of said State.
